ALL pets must be up to date on vaccines! Please email records to , or have a printed copy ready at time of service.

Refusal of service to aggressive animals is within our right, please disclose any behavioral information.

Pet Sitting clients will receive a New Client form upon confirmation.

our appointments and pet's well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur and this will make schedule adjustments.

If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-48 hour notice.

Our Policy: Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 75% of the total. In which you will be sent an invoice through PayPal. Amount must be paid in full before any further services are rendered. In the case of needing to reschedule, we will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

No shows and last minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will be subject to paying 100% of the total

New clients/Clients that paid deposit- If appointment is rescheduled within a week of original set date, deposit will be counted towards new appointment. Outside of that, new deposit must be paid. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, fees may be waived after review and only approved by owner of company.

All appointments are asked to be scheduled at least 24-36 hours in advance. This gives time for confirmation on our end.

Confirmation texts that are sent out are to make sure that we are using our resources to provide such services. Please adhere to the time limit that is set to confirm your appointment. Not doing so will result in your appointment time being given up. In order to be put back on the schedule, one must book another appointment.

All grooming appts are subject to a 4,5,or 6 week recurring schedule to ensure proper hair maintenance

Anything outside of this will have to be agreed between the groomer and client. If you do not put your dog on a recurring schedule, there may not be room for them when you do need to book the next time. A potential date will be provided at the end of service.
